What we cannot do

We cannot give advice about your particular home, your health, your medication or an emergency you are currently experiencing. We are not qualified to do so and it would be irresponsible to try. For anything urgent, contact your local emergency services; for anything specific to your property, speak to a qualified professional; for anything about your local water or power supply, contact the utility concerned.

Reuse and permissions

Requests to reproduce material from this site, in whole or in part, should go to the legal address above and should say which material and where it would appear. See the terms of use for what is permitted without asking.

Response times

We aim to reply within a few working days. Messages that are obviously automated or commercial solicitations are not answered.
